By downloading or using SnapShrink (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Use of the App

  • SnapShrink is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any images you process or share through the App do not infringe on the rights of others.

2. Permissions

  • Camera: To allow you to capture photos directly within the App.
  • Media/Storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): To access user-selected images for compression, cropping, scaling, or rotation.
  • Saving & Sharing: To store processed images on your device and allow you to share them through other apps. Future versions may include uploads to cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive). All such actions are initiated by you.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, logos, and content within the App remain the property of SnapShrink or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or distribute the App without prior written permission.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect limited, non-personal data (such as device identifiers and ad interactions) to provide relevant ads. Your use of such services is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee error-free performance, uninterrupted availability, or specific results.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, corrupted files, device malfunction, or issues related to third-party services you may choose to use (e.g., sharing or cloud storage).

7. Updates & Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature within it) at any time without notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. By using the App, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
